This program is designed for swimmers aged 6–12 and is our primary recreational program. This program emphasizes fundamental artistic swimming skills and strengthening aquatic skills in a fun and supportive team environment. Swimmers will be divided into groups based on their age and artistic swimming/swimming ability. Swimmers will work on building coordination, strength, stamina, flexibility, and teamwork in and out of the water. Swimmers will concentrate on learning fundamental artistic swimming skills from Level 2 and 3 AquaGo.
Swimmers will learn a short routine to swim at our Spring Watershow, Sunday, April 26. (If for any reason this is cancelled, unfortunately there is no make up date.)
