11 Classes plus Winter Water Show, Sunday, December 14 at Waterloo Swimplex
This program is designed for swimmers aged 6–12 and is our primary recreational program. This program emphasizes fundamental artistic swimming skills and strengthening aquatic skills in a fun and supportive team environment. Swimmers will be divided into groups based on their age and artistic swimming/swimming ability. Swimmers will work on building coordination, strength, stamina, flexibility, and teamwork in and out of the water. Newer swimmers will concentrate on learning fundamental artistic swimming skills. More advanced swimmers will be challenged by coaches who introduce new skills once the basics have been mastered.
